These terms are a plain-language placeholder and will be replaced with a full agreement before Vendpic opens to the public. The points below will not change.

Who can hold an account

The account holder must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you sign up.

We host your store, we do not sell your photos

Vendpic is not a party to any sale you make. Buyers pay you directly, in person or by whatever method you agree with them. You are responsible for your buyers, your refunds, your pricing and your taxes.

Your photos stay yours

You keep every right you had in your work. You give Vendpic permission to store your photos, make watermarked previews of them, and serve both to the people you choose, which is what a hosted store is.

Content and takedowns

You are responsible for having the right to sell what you upload, including any permission the people in the frame are owed. Vendpic will remove content on a valid takedown request and may suspend a store that breaks these terms. Send takedown requests and questions about these terms to support@vendpic.com.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Buyers who have already paid keep the downloads they were given.
